warning after fresh 4.7.1 install

Warning "include(/home/la02/30815868/textpattern/update/_to_1.0.0.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory"
in /home/la02/30815868/textpattern/update/_update.php at line 91.
textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php:1715 adminErrorHandler()
textpattern/update/_update.php:91 updateErrorHandler()
textpattern/update/_update.php:91 include()
textpattern/index.php:214 include()

diagnostic tool doesn’t recognize the version:

New Textpattern version 4.7.1 available for download.

The following PHP functions (which may be necessary to run Textpattern) are disabled on your server: pcntl_alarm, pcntl_fork, pcntl_waitpid, pcntl_wait, pcntl_wifexited, pcntl_wifstopped, pcntl_wifsignaled, pcntl_wifcontinued, pcntl_wexitstatus, pcntl_wtermsig, pcntl_wstopsig, pcntl_signal, pcntl_signal_dispatch, pcntl_get_last_error, pcntl_strerror, pcntl_sigprocmask, pcntl_sigwaitinfo, pcntl_sigtimedwait, pcntl_exec, pcntl_getpriority, pcntl_setpriority.
