Any section-theme assignment changes complete site
In 4.7.0 any theme assignment i make to any section will always change the complete site, and not just that section.
Is that intended like this?
A hole turned upside down is a dome, when there’s also gravity.

More or less. While you are logged in, all sections use the last theme you are “working” on. This is intended for easier themes development. Not logged visitors are normally served the themes assigned to sections.
I agree this can be confusing, please feel free to suggest something better.
