dropdown menu issue

i use the same javascript and css for #main-menu in those two sites:
www.eoy.ee/
tordimeister.ee/uus

but in second one dropdown menu not acting correctly – it shows up on hover but disappears before i can click it.
can anybody tell me – why?

Try to delete z-index: 3; from .content-3 class, string 1016
