Minor bug on 4.6.2?

I do not normally view the html in the write tab but I did today:)

The image below is from a post I am writing. I would expect to see the “ and ” equivalents of the smart quotes.

What was the original Textiled content that made that output? In HTML view, my quotes are displayed verbatim, even on 4.7.0.

BTW, does this bug/feature have any bearing on things?

No but maybe it is a feature:) I seem to remember that quotes used to be replaced with their html entities but they are now been replaced by glyphs. Is this the case?

I think so. In recent versions of Textile at least.
