Fuzzy searching of my site

I saw the plugin for “Search” on my site (etc_search), but will it do Fuzzy searching? eg. if my page/s have the word “Rambo” in them, a search for “Ranbo” will return those pages….?

There’s an smd_fuzzy_find (or similar) plugin on Bloke/Stef’s website.
