It would be nice if the smd_thumbnails are generated automatically at the time of uploading the images :-)

i changed max size around to 4 MB , now images uploading fine from Content—>Images page
but from Content—>Write page it will not upload the large size …

i’ve already esq_autoimageresize plugin and checked, that not works with abl_droploader plugin :-(

I’m using this plugin and love it. The last version released (0.20) on Andreas Blaser’s website doesn’t integrate very well in txp-4.6+ interface so I made some minor fixes to source, css and js. Very, very small fixes…

A repo is online on github: github.com/gas-kirito/abl_droploader

For those of you who just want to use it, it should be enough to download compiled file:

• abl_droploader_v0.20.1-gas.txt

Relevant css and js should be auto-installed in /res if server user has permissions to write on root folder.

If translations are not installed automatically, a textpack can be downloaded from here:

• abl_droploader_v0.20.1-gas_+de+en+it+ja_textpack.txt

Some others can be found on the author website: www.blaser-it.ch/en/34/abl_droploader

P.S. Always remember to install the required soo_plugin_pref

For me abl_droploader stopped working with the new 4.7.0 version of Textpattern, and I had to deactive it. ?

Hello, abl_droploader is much less useful in txp-4.7, because it already supports drag n drop of multiple files on selector of standard upload interface. It would still be nice to be able to upload images from the “write” page. Unfortunately I have no spare time to dedicate to check if the plugin can be easily upgraded to 4.7. Sorry! :(

There was a working abc_article_image plugin somewhere at the forum that does it. Can’t find it anymore :-/
