mac from the past
For those of us old enough to remember the joys of Claris, Resedit and Hypercard, archive.org has published some emulators.

Re: mac from the past
I was such a big fan of Clarisworks back in the mid-90s that I owned the PC Version.

I really liked Resedit. I remember changing/destroying software with that:)

Which, visually, reminds me of Wall-E :-)
I somehow managed to write up one of my uni projects on a Mac Classic I borrowed from a mate.
That was before I’d even used a PC – my first brush with those awful beasts didn’t come until 1996. Until I was introduced to the Mac, I owned just a Sinclair Spectrum 128+2 and an Amiga 500 (incidentally, both of which I now have emulators for on MacOS). Ah, the heyday of Motorola 68000 chips and true pre-emptive multi-tasking.
Stef goes all bleary-eyed with nostalgia.

Re: mac from the past
The first computer I worked on was the BBC Micro.
I have to admit that I hated it but I was studying so i had to learn it! A friend bought a mac back in 1984 which he was allowing me to use and I was since dreaming of having one.
i bought my first computer in 1993, an apple Performa 250.
My wife damped it in a skip about 10 years ago:(

Nice kit Dale!
I’d love an Apple Lisa 2 myself but they are crazy expensive to buy now.
