[FORUM] Dead link on index page

Inside the Troubleshooting section on the forum’s index page there’s the link Diagnostics that currently ends on a 404 page.

There are currently lots of 404 links on the docs site, see for example nearly all links in the “Site administration” section

Yes, the docs site needs more fixing. I’ll return to that next week and gradually bring the pages back online.
