add link id to link
It would be nice if we could have something like <txp:link id="32" rel="external" /> in our armoury. This could parse into <a href="http://domain.tld" rel="external">http://domain.tld</a>. The rel attribute is already available for the tag.

This is actually much better than I thought as it also parses the link title!
