Error when moving 4.6-dev site

I am working with 4.6-dev on a MAMP install, and everything seems fine – works fine – is fine.
I dump the db, deploy the files to the server, and setup the DB.

After all is setup and I login, I get the following error:

 User_Error "Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes"
in /home/forge/staging.shopcoobie.com/public/shopcoobie/releases/20160526114118/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php at line 405.

updateErrorHandler()

I cannot seem to figure out what this actually means.

Re: Error when moving 4.6-dev site

Found my issue. I’ve been migrating databases and a few of them had incorrect lengths set.
Using the newer db schema fixed this.
