Additional string for 4.6 that needs translation

Hi,

Patrick Lefevre spotted a missing string in 4.6 which we need translations for, English is as follows:

search_options => Search options

It goes on the button that shows the search criteria in the new search widget, for accessibility.

I’ve added the string to Crowdin for translators to do their thing. Many thanks in advance!
