kuo_file_stats: collect data about your files

This is really easy to install: just enable it and data is then collected each time someone opens a file from your Textpattern’s Files section. The plugin saves all kinds of things to database when someone opens a file. These are the fields found inside database table:

file_id, file_name, ip, username, privs, when, misc
