recent_comments and related_articles text items

On the public side of Txp, we can use <txp:text item="recent_articles" />. recent_articles is kind of public version of the tag_recent_articles item but the following items don’t have any public strings:

tag_recent_comments => Commentaires récents
tag_related_articles => Articles sur le même sujet

Could we add recent_comments and related_articles items for the public side or are native items limited to those used in the default theme?
