Probably, the site is in debug mode, and you get this warning because main_menu_ form does not exist. Just put the site in live mode and ignore it.

It looks like etc_url is not fully compatible with gbp_permlinks (which additionally issues an error). I have disabled it for the moment, will investigate later.

Version 0.4 is out, fixing(?) gbp_permanent_links incompatibility and improving performance inside article (image, …) lists. Use <txp:etc_url context="article" /> rather than <txp:etc_url url='<txp:permlink />' /> to this end.

Gallex, it looks like gbp_permlinks changes (somewhat sneakily) the internal permlink mode, complicating the url disassemble task. You’d better turn it off if you don’t use it.
