Has anyone got a solution for a client login?
Has anyone got a solution for a client login? I am still trying to rustle up a solution for this if anyone has any ideas that might work or point me in the right direction. I was thinking I would have a hidden section for each client that was only accessable through some sort of login that would take them to their non-public section. Maybe I’m reaching here, but figured I would ask.

i haven’t gotten the chance to try this out yet, but Manfre very generously put something together that just may work out. i’ll be interested to hearing how it goes, too… i hope to try it soon!

Hmmm…. I looked over the code and am tying to figure out how this could work for a client login. I see it vaguely, but vaguely is the big word here. I will play with this and let everyone know if I can make something of this.
Thanks Alicson!
If anyone has any other suggestions I ‘m game for them as well.

ooh hold on…i just read over your post and i realize you were looking for something to do with password-protection of sections, rather than self-registration…
in which case, the thread i sent you probably isn’t relevant =’_’= sorry!
let me see if i can find something about what you’re talking about… i’m pretty sure i’ve seen talk of it before…(and if not, then there certainly should be!)
*edit: does this help?
