Hi Yiannis,

In the coming days I’ll begin testing Textpattern 4.5.7 on my local server, come into the fold as you will. So I’ll probably be posting here with questions about the upgrade.

Glad to be back.

Whatever questions you may have. The community is still here and as helpful as ever.

Bert’s sarcastic reply has produced unexpected results! :)

The core team would be human? :)

The problem has always been the core team’s reluctance to provide a mechanism for the import and export of themes, either via core code changes or the adoption of a sanctioned plugin. The conclusion I’ve come up with after many years of fighting for themes, is that the core team is getting nudged under the table to deliberately keep Textpattern from gaining theming capabilities.

Code is Poetry ;)

Hey Jonathan,

That’s what I’ve always liked about the Textpattern community, friendly, helpful people.

Good to hear from you also.
