Nice but I would add an image on the top. The menu also has a problem caused by downbtn.jpg on smaller width screens. I would just delete the image:) Also I would add a css rule for prod_img. Something like: .prod_img {float:left;margin:0 1em 1em 0}.
Finally I would try to verify the code as there seem to be a couple of divs after the closing html at the bottom of the page.
