It might also be good if they put their forum on a different stack than what “customers” rely on.

To clarify, I didn’t mean to suggest that Challenger and the boards are connected. I just meant that I post about KG being down here when the forum there is down and thus I can’t post about it there.

Yes, today Challenger seems to be up (for the challenge), and the forum is down. (Feeling like I should not put all my easter eggs in one basket.)

So is kaizengarden closed ?

I got stuff running on challenger where I can access my control panels but it all seems to be running on autopilot with zendesk and the 503 on the home and forums …

Me too. And when the forum was up prior to that, no questions posted there (I had a few) were being answered. Likewise the help desk has been offline for even longer.

I really don’t have a good feeling about the future of KG. It might be very smart to backup all data now and find a new solution. That might be the message Jacques is giving people.

Mind you, anything I say is not coming from inside knowledge of what’s going on with KG. It’s just my impression from outward appearances. History shows that when communication disappears, something’s wrong.

I have no idea what is blocking KG’s ability to take off, but it’s been a while now with no signs of progress. That’s not an encouraging sign.

I wish it would take-off, and I hope Jacques figures it out, he deserves some financial success. But he should not forget that communication is vital for a business’ success, and is even a courtesy when success wanes, especially then.
