login/register panel

i need to have a panel of login/register to my txp website, visitors can register his/her self and approve by admin, then users can login and allow a page to access registered users, anyone plz help.

Not sure what you mean with panel, but if you want to enable self-registration, mck_login is the only possibility.
Restriction of certain content to registered users only is possible also with cbe_frontauth which offers more flexibility but no self-registration, unfortunately. It is not possible, to use both parallel, as far as I see.
