Section delete fails without a warning message

Just noticed on 4.5.4 that an attempt to delete a section which has articles still belonging to it, fails without an error or warning message.

Fixed for 4.5.x. And fixed for 4.6.x. Not before time, sorry for the delay, and thanks for the reports.
