diaplsy articles list in specific section and category

I want to display those articles of a category which selected specific section through URL, i try this but not works:
localhost/section_name1/category/news
localhost/section_name2/category/news

but if i try like this, it will work : index.php?s=section_name1&c=news

Hi, sorry for that, but i did search a lot didn’t find on that time :-(

One thing else, i didn’t find specific best solution for UTF-8 URLs support, i tried this also: forum.textpattern.com/viewtopic.php?pid=288099
