[Textile] table formatting issue
I have an article that begins with <table> in the body. When it displays, the table gets placed 570 pixels below the title. If I put a space in front of <table>, the article displays like it should. Does anyone know why this is happening? I don’t need a solution since adding a space works, but I’m very confused.

Re: [Textile] table formatting issue
Hi goosefoot and welcome to the forum.
The space is the equivalent to notextile.
which tells Textile to leave the table as is and not put extra markup around it. Have a look at your source code, once with the space, once without.
