Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
I haven’t had a chance to see what will be needed to get v4 integrated yet.
I’ll try to take a look soon.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
@hakjoon: Thanks!
FYI/Update:
When TinyMCE 4 is manually installed (no hak_tinymce), it works fine on the write page. I just tested it by turning off Textile in Preferences and adding the tinymce code to: textpattern > lib > txplib_head.php.
Below: <script type="text/javascript" src="textpattern.js"></script>
Add: <script src="//tinymce.cachefly.net/4.0/tinymce.min.js"></script>
Below: addEvent(window, 'load', cleanSelects);
Add:
addEvent(window, 'load', cleanSelects);
tinymce.init({
selector: "textarea#body"
});
I’m trying to figure out how to get txp images to work with an image plugin in v4. The native image plugin that comes with v4 is very basic. I’ve been looking at this 3rd party plugin: FileManager4TinyMCE and would love to get it working similar to Gil’s TXP Tip.

I think i have a fix in place to deal with the site names not matching. It used to work this way and some point I changed it and it broke things.
The part I’m trying to figure out is the ajax call needs to call out to /textpattern/index.php, so i need to figure out how to point to that url in relation to where the script is being loaded from (which can be various different places).
I could maybe make the endpoint no need to run in an admin context but that kind fo scares me a bit.
Hi Hakjoon,
I just wonder, have you ever got a chance to solve the problem of tiny_mce not running on a multisite installation of txp? Thanks.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
When I recently upgraded a client to 4.5.5, the client is not able to use the image slector anymore. They get a spinning wheel and the following:
{#txpimage_dlg.general}
{#txpimage_dlg.src}
{#txpimage_dlg.image_list}
{#txpimage_dlg.alt}
{#txpimage_dlg.title}
I would greatly appreciate anyones asistance on how I can overcome this —-
Thank you.

@wavesource:
I am not experiencing this problem. I have a site with hak_tinymce-1.0.2.3 running on Textpattern version: 4.5.4 (r4919). My host just upgraded me from PHP version 5.2 to PHP version: 5.4.24 and hak_tinymce continues to work properly.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
I just realized I am no longer getting emails when new posts show up on this thread. I don’t know if it is the forum or my account is swallowing them up somehow.
However as everyone can see I’m not around much anymore. I’m not really doing much PHP these days, and I’ve only been superficially keeping up with TXP.
This plugin could really benefit from a new maintainer who has more time for it. I would love to help transition someone over if anyone is interested.
As much as I love keeping this under my wing because it keeps me attached to this community that I really enjoy at this point I’m doing the community a disservice by not having someone else take it on.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
Hak — thanks for the great plug in and good luck —
As a parting question — any idea (suggested fix) on why in php5 (updated version) you would only get spinning wheel and this:
{#txpimage_dlg.general}
{#txpimage_dlg.src}
{#txpimage_dlg.image_list}
{#txpimage_dlg.alt}
{#txpimage_dlg.title}
I figure I had to ask :)

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor
Hope somebody can maintain this plugin, I think it is essential when developing sites for clients to have a WYSIWYG article editor, and this plugin has worked for me through the years, thanks Hak!
