Searching the Textpattern Forum
I am not sure that the search function is working as I would have expected.
Searching the Forums for a topic never seems to take me to the spot based on the keywords that i searched on.
For example search for “PHP 5.4” doesn’t result in forum posts that have that search string.
I actually have to use Google to search on PHP 5.4 textpattern. to get results.
Am I missing something?

Are you using the search box (top right) or the search tab?

I have only used the Search Tab.

That’s what I expected to read. The forum internal search from the tab is limited to find strings of five and more characters. I think I’ve once read that’s an SQL limitation.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links
