3-level URL structure - is it possible?

I have been asked by a client to convert an existing static site (quite large, nearly 1,000 pages!) into a CMS-based site so that they can easily keep it updated. The design needs to be modernised and made responsive too.

I would love to use Textpattern for the site, but I’m not sure that I will be able to as the current site has URLs that are 3-levels deep, e.g. site.com/section/sub-section/page.

Has anyone successfully managed to get Textpattern to create a structure like this?

right now there are no subsections in TXP, however, you can achieve a similar thing with /section/category/title using gbp_permanent_links

There’s no documentation available yet, but posting in the topic mrdale linked to might give you more response than this one here. Edit: Should not be too difficult, looking at the image in the topic’s first post :)

In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

I use section/category/title urls all the time. An example site is legendofmana.info.

Here is a screenshot of my settings/prefs. Also, my permlink mode is set to /link in the main prefs. Sometimes you may need to set it to messy.
