smilies/macros hack/plugin??
I want a hack/plugin that will allow me to use macros/smilies on my blog. Is there a current hack/plugin that can do this, because I have seen sites powered by txp that have smilies (and I don’t think he typed every single img tag).

they can be using some simples JS functions to had a bit of textile conding to call images

randomly search Google for textpattern and smilies. many sites are powered by textpattern & have smilies or used to have smilies

I’ve coded a plugin for converting smilies. I’ve set a donation ransom on it for $40.

chrismc, we are developping plugins or theme for TXP for free so pliz stop trying making money on those things, thats a shame

I hope no one, thats realy a pity to see devolopers proposing none free plugins on a community charing forum …

Pyn: I’m not asking any one person to pay $40 – I agree, that would be silly. I’m asking for people to donate how much they think it’s worth to them. Once the total reaches $40, the plugin is released, free forever more. $40 spread across a whole community isn’t a lot, is it?
Belisarius – I’m not the only one doing it. Zem has already successfully ransomed off plugins on this very forum and for far higher amounts than mine.
If you don’t feel it’s worth anything to you then don’t donate. But don’t b!tch about it either. If I feel I deserve something small back for my work, then that’s my choice, surely?
