Generate RSS for the mp3 files of which file ID in custom field

How can I generate feeds of new mp3 files for user download in a proper manner using TXP tags, pages and forms?

Currently the RSS icon on my site is linked to feedburner (http://feeds.feedburner.com/stpeterseastlindfield). I need to include the following code in the article content in order that the feeds will contain the mp3 file link and the “Play now” text is shown:

==<a href="/file_download/<txp:custom_field name="url" />"> *</a>==

Can I do it in a smarter way as the content writer is now required to include the above code everytime? My goal is to generate feeds for people to subscribe so that they can download the sermons (mp3) when new ones come up. This will be different from the general feeds – http://www.stpeterseastlindfield.org.au/rss/. Besides, how would I facilitate itune users to subscribe to these mp3 feeds?

Hi Monica

There’s a number of tutorials on custom feeds on txptips which could be amended to suit your needs

Thanks Yiannis. I’ve quickly browsed all related ones and shall work on my project with reference to them when I have more time in the weekend.
