Direct download here found on the cached page on google. My guess is that a server update probably made something stop working on his site, but that everything’s still there. So the download pattern:
http://rahforum.biz/d/rah_{plugin-name}_v{version-no}_zip.txtwill still work for all (?) of his plugins…

Thank you very much, jakob, I had http://rahforum.biz/plugins/rah_replace bookmarked and this URL doesn’t work.
I wonder what happened with Jukka that he not put in order his Textpattern installation?
