Remove 'server meltdown' from Troubleshooting forum description?

Honestly, the phrase ‘server meltdown’ makes me uncomfortable. Textpattern is stable and perfectly safe for many thousands of people. Having all the pro keywords on the textpattern.com front page and then ‘server meltdown’ in the accompanying text to a support forum is just counter-intuitive. It’s very, very rare for a ‘server meltdown’ to be caused by Textpattern (I can’t even recall one incident), and implying that is might be a factor is doing a disservice to the development team. As a Textpattern evangelist, this terminology doesn’t really help, and I’d be grateful if it could be switched to something else that guides instead of instils negativity.

Suggestion:

Have a problem or error with Textpattern CMS? Post your diagnostics reports and request help to track down problems.

Thank you in advance.

Fair point. I can’t change it until the next forum update goes live though. That should be soon.

Thanks, Phil – I didn’t mean for my opening post to sound so snarky, so don’t take it personally.

I’m simply keeping similar things together and trail here:

The Archive’s description on the front page says:

be aware that topics within this forum are obsolete

Could that “are” maybe changed to “might be” or something else less strict? There’s also a lot of useful, valid, solutions dug in there.
