Nice site. Very clean. To me though the News Links are not logical. For example clicking nieuwsarchief on the front page brings one to the News Archive. and nothing else. I think it saves time if the articles appeared on the right hand side… .there is a lot of empty space there. Also in going to an actual article why not have previous / next buttons to cycle through articles? just my quibble.

PS I like how the photos on the front page are faded on the left hand side. how was that done?

The site indeed looks nice. You may want to host this yourself:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://universal-ie6-css.googlecode.com/files/ie6.1.1.css" media="screen, projection">

Even if the library author instructs you to do so, Google Code isn’t file hosting service or CDN. Due to these abuses, they are actually closing their file download service on January 15, after which that file will be gone.

Appears to be FlexSlider with animation property set to fade. That said, there might be some issue with the used version, 2.1.0, according to FlexSlider’s changelog at least. Pieter, may want to update to a newer version.

Onwijs Gaaf!

Like the clean crisp style. Lots of content, seems to all flow rather well between the pages.

The hgroup element is deprecated, must have been an older copy of Textpattern you’re developing upon. No need to hide that element.

Hmmm. Getting a bad layout with IE9.
