New forum theme

Stats:
- Two contributors.
- Total of 564 commits.
- The most active contribution week was the first week of october with 141 commits. Most commits happen on Mondays for some reason.
- The two of us wrote total of about 13 000 lines of code for the forum system. Most of that was Sass for Phil, and PHP and JavaScript internals for me.
In addition to new theme we did internal work and added some new features. Such as those quotes that link back to the original post and syntax highlighting:

Yes, there were two of us (Jukka and I) involved in building this, I’m not taking the credit solely. Also, Robert did the server installation and testing at the end.

BTW: While trying to quote Phil here I remarked that the Quote links are turned off via CSS ( .postquote ).
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

I’m not sure what that is exactly – can you post any issues at the GitHub issue tracker or be more specific (and I’ll then add to the issue tracker myself).

Hiding of that link is intentional, but there should still be a quoting link added with JavaScript. The current quoting system is completely JavaScript based. The native FluxBB quoting option is hidden with CSS as it generates BBCode instead of Textile.

I had JS turned off, remarked that on a lightbox-like dialog somewhere else. Sorry for the confusion!

first of off this change explains ( perhaps) why the forum was so flakey al lady yesterday.
But this final product by you three is really a piece of fine work. This design really helps to update the brand in a very positive vein. many thanks for your work.
