I just tested your personal license number on the download page and it works : pat-hyphenate decoder page
(clic on the keyboard icon)

Yes, it’s my fault… I used incorrect number. Thanks again, Patrick. Now download works.
But… With version 0.3.0 prefalizer doesn’t work. I have no pat_hyphenate plugin’s options among all other.

Maybe you could try the new v 0.3.1?
Notice: smd_prefalizer is never more needed. Plugin prefs are located into TXP Advanced Prefs page now.

The version number shown in the plugin comments does not affect the remote service for updates. The plugin use internal Textpattern function (and not the comments) in order to check the plugin version number against new ones. If you want a new version (with comments corrected) just download it from the dedicated website (clic on the square icon available on the right): pat-hyphenate upgrades center.
If you was right when pat-hyphenate prior v. 0.2.7 did not support non latin characters, all subsequent versions work perfectly. New versions introduce only some enhancements.
