That’s because you didn’t set your Paypal Transaction number as your plugin license code (the field value is blank).
(Plugin prefs can be changed if smd_prefalizer plugin by Stef Dawson is installed)
I send you the latest plugin package by email.

I set PP number, the field value isn’t blank. I painted over it.

Your Paypal transaction ID: a 17 alphanumeric code given by Paypal when you purchase this plugin.
Why 17? Not 18?

Paypal transaction ID is a 17 alpha numeric number.
I just tested your personal license number on the download page and it works : pat-hyphenate decoder page
(clic on the keyboard icon)

Yes, it’s my fault… I used incorrect number. Thanks again, Patrick. Now download works.
But… With version 0.3.0 prefalizer doesn’t work. I have no pat_hyphenate plugin’s options among all other.

Maybe you could try the new v 0.3.1?
Notice: smd_prefalizer is never more needed. Plugin prefs are located into TXP Advanced Prefs page now.
