any good poll plugin plz ?

i tried a lot to find a good plugin for my website i need a poll system,
i found geo_vote plugin, that’s good but not support UTF-8 languages !
when i submit something in RTL laungauge, it convert to question mark ???????? like that
any solution way plz

I have used PollDaddy before – not a plugin, but language support appears to be pretty good.

I always mix up rating and polling. Anyway, in case it’s useful: We’ve two new star rating plugins, yab_review_rating and Oleg/etc’s modified peg_nested_comments.
