Localize Textile quotes

This seems to be a very good detail Localize Textile quotes.

Until now I always did this manually in the classTextile.php file:

// define these before including this file to override the standard glyphs
@define('txt_quote_single_open',  '‚');	// CR: für Deutsch, war &#8216
@define('txt_quote_single_close', '‘');	// CR: für Deutsch, war &#8217
@define('txt_quote_double_open',  '„');	// CR: für Deutsch, war &#8220
@define('txt_quote_double_close', '“');	// CR: für Deutsch, war &#8221

Thank you!

PS: The characters in my example have been converted now by Textile … :-(
