error during installation

trying to start installation (under subfolder) but get this error:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /home/la02/16028688/raamatupidamine/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php on line 103

…and can’t go on with the process

Textpattern 4.5.4 requires PHP version 5.2.3 or newer.
