Re: Insoluble Solutions
Very nice. Great colours. Some suggestions:
- make the hover a bit more obvious on the main buttons (e.g. change the colour of the whole button rather than just the “apps for business” bit)
- make sure the whole button triggers the hover rather than just the “apps for business” words & the icon
- the text links in the “our apps” submenu are truncated/busting out (make the submenu ul wider)
- the submenus disappear if the cursor dawdles over the blue gap between the top menu item & the submenu (maybe make it a blue border belonging to the submenu?)

Re: Insoluble Solutions
Thanks for the feedback Adi.
I’ve tweaked the main buttons to address points 1 and 2, plus I’ve adjusted the positioning of the sub-menu so hopefully the hover is more robust which should address point 4.
What browser are you seeing the truncated links in?
I’ve tested in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE8, 9 and 10 and in all of these the long items in the Our Apps submenu just wrap over to a second line.

Re: Insoluble Solutions
Just realised – it’s happening with a window width of 1280px.

Re: Insoluble Solutions
OK, I see what you mean now, but it is a bit strange how above 1280 pixels wide the menu wraps but it doesn’t below. There’s nothing in the CSS (that I can see) that is causing the change in behaviour so I’ve just increased the min-width to accommodate the longer sub-menu items.
When I launched the site, the submenu items were a lot shorter (they were basically just the app name). Obviously the client has edited them since the site has gone live, which has highlighted the issue.
