Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
Hello, I just recently completed a plugin for Textpattern. I’d like to add to the Textpattern Resources site (http://textpattern.org/) so I can get some feedback and make improvements. The registration process is disabled over there and it says to ask for a password on this forum. I just wanted to see if there was an approval process or how I could get access there.
Thanks!

Re: Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
Hi prizmcloud, welcome to the forum!
Nice to see some plugins added to the muck.
You should contact Stef Dawson/Bloke, one of our core devs and currently the man with the bunch of keys for TXP Resources. As a new member you can’t see the email links here in the forum, I guess. So you’d have to contact him via the contact form on stefdawson.com
BTW, which prefix have you chosen for your functions, so I can reserve you a plugin author prefix on the wiki?

Re: Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
Hi uli,
Thanks for the quick reply! I’ll go bug Stef on his website and see if I can get a login. I’ve currently got the module using the prefix pzc, but I can change that if needed, just let me know!
Thanks again!

Re: Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
pzc was still available. It’s yours now.

Re: Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
Hi and welcome to txp,
You should also post your plugin here which we will move to the Plugin Author Support before we give you a plugin author status.
Posting the plugin in the forum will attract more visibility and comments from users/testers than the .org site.

Re: Adding plugins to Textpattern Resources?
Thanks a bunch, will get this posted today!
@colak – I’ll add a link to the plugin in the other forum topic. Right now it’s in a github repo, should I just include a link to the zip?

Maybe you should check how some of the other plugin authors introduce their plugins here. It’s not much different to the .org site but it is the forum which is mostly used to seek support and report bugs.
