[wiki] Category FAQ vs FAQ article

Just noticed there’s a Category FAQ with two articles in it and a separate article Textpattern FAQs, linked to from the home page. I think the home page link should go to the category so all FAQs are selectable separately and there’s not a huge shmozzle at some point. Anyway, there should only be one place to find FAQs in the wiki.

I don’t have sufficient privileges to edit the front page, else I’d have cleaned that one up myself already.
