UTF-8 Charectors goes change to something else !

Hello, I’m confuse with something !
When i post UTF-8 charectors (RTL articles) it will convert to something else to database like: انتحار…..

I converted the database collition to UTF-8 as well, but still convert …

I have posted some articles, when i export the database it’s size is around 5MB
what do you thing, my site will not goes down if the size is going more like this… !
because 5MB SQL database is not much more ?
