Unfortunately, the translation is not accurate, so all comments are welcome.

Re translation: I’d leave it as it is, honestly. It’d loose its current charm of plastic treasure caskets and lucky bags (poor English natives, you’ll probably never fully enjoy that on this site ;)
All items titled “Other” (in English, or “Andere” in German, or … ) should always be the last item, but even that is charming and adds to this certain style :)
Maybe just put one icon example above each term on the index pages, e.g. on de.smiley4you.com in order to entice people and reduce some text-heaviness.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links
