OT: Dean actually wasn’t a big fan of not including the article id in the title even though it was pretty popular in other systems. It took quite a while to get the choices we have now.

Yes (ucwords), but why not test it yourself? And if you want the first letter be lowercase, add .lcfirst after str_replace(...).

The difficulties start when you have identical h4 titles, since then you get identical ids.
