Changes Not Showing

I had a client report that all of a sudden —- changes they are making on the back end of the site are not being reflected on the front end. I tested to confirm in two browsers. They are running 4.2 — but it was working fine up until a dday ago — any guidance would be appreciated — like I said I see the changes in the admin — but not on the actual site.

is the site working with clean urls? What happens if you switch it to messy?

I think it may be a browser issue since it is working in Chrome and Compatability Mode in IE — so I am investigating further —-
