If you write <txp:section title="1" /> in the body field and want no parsed paragraphs, then the first character of the line has to be a space or you can write notextile. <txp:section title="1" />.

Textile 2.5.0 and newer are not compatible with Textpattern 4.5 and older. Not in sense that it could be updated by replacing the source file.
There are implementation and configuration differences, and at places Textpattern 4.5 has used Textile slightly ever-so ‘incorrectly’.
Textpattern 4.6.0 will ship with Textile 2.5.0 or newer. The dev (4.6.0-dev) branch currently ships with Textile 2.5.1.
