[textile] open the uploaded pdf inside the browser

if i upload the pdf and create a link "programs.pdf":/file_download/3/programs.pdf into the article, it offers to save that file to my computer after clicking it. how to force the browser to open it right away inside the browser window?

For clean messy paths that’s (was?) rather easy, see this post. But in messy clean mode the only way I have found is plugging into file download process (preceding post). Any progress since?
