Feeds validate, but Google Reader doesn't last 5 months
A few friends have alerted me to the fact that my feed (http://mistersugar.com/rss/) seems to validate, but Google Reader hasn’t picked up my posts for many months. But, when I click on the feed link, Google shows me the current feed. So, something in the way Reader is recognizing my feed seems to suggest its frozen in time. Suggestions for how I might troubleshoot this?

Have you sign it up on Google webmaster tools?
If the answer is not do it, if the answer is yes first resend the sitemap and take a look in a couple of days.
