Cannot upload images

If I upload images in my cms I get the following errors:

Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: Filename cannot be empty in D:\inetpub\webs\italianlimitedit\textpattern\include\txp_image.php on line 722

Can anyone hep with this,
