[forum] No "Post new topic" link in Existing issues forum

I was just about to post something there, but there’s no post link in the usual place. Is that removed for a reason?

I would say if that’s a dead forum then it should just be removed entirely. And if it is dead, then where would I post a non-code related issue?

Hi Destry

I think that the Development forum is used to report current bugs. Once read and discussed, the thread is moved to existing issues, which I think that it should be renamed to “past issues” :)

Ah, thanks. Not a clear process by any means.
