Timezone errors with php 5.4

Strict Standards: Non-static method timezone::is_dst() should not be called statically

Get numerous of these errors when I upgraded to php 5.4. Reverting back to 5.3 solved the issue. I guess it’s related to the date and time extension. As found on http://php.net/manual/en/migration54.incompatible.php
