Dynamic anchor to article

I’m working on my website and it’s almost done ( www.pabloapiolazza.com.ar ), except for one thing.

I’d like to add a list of articles on a wrapper div, that could work like this: Each article has a thumbnail (article image thumbnail) and when you click on it you get an iframe with the Title, body and excerpt of it, on a modal window, so you dont have to navigate back and forth for each element. I thought it like this cause I want to embed vimeo and youtub videos and the only workaround I find is to use the body of the article to put the code.

I was wondering how to pull this out. I was thinking using a lightbox with anchors, but it’s not clear to me how’s the markup to make it work with iframes, specially to list it like this.
Any ideas?
